Timing & Additional Charges Policy
Are You Flexible With the Timings?
Yes! We aim to accommodate your schedule, but accurate event timing helps us provide smooth, uninterrupted coverage.
1. Accurate Event Start Time
Please provide the exact time your event is scheduled to begin. This ensures our team can arrive on time and set up efficiently.
2. Arrival Time
Our photographers, videographers, and cinematographers will arrive at least 30 minutes before the committed start time to set up equipment and prepare for the shoot.
3. Delay or Extension
- If the event starts late or additional hours are required, our team will stay until the event concludes subject to availability.
- Please note: Timing flexibility depends on our schedule, as we may have other bookings the same day.
4. Extra Charges for Extended Coverage
- ₹1,999 per hour per team member (Photographer / Videographer / Cinematographer)
- Charges apply after the committed 3-hour session
5. Travel Charges (Pune)
- Travel outside Mumbai/Thane incurs ₹1,999 (for Pune)
- Charges for other locations will be discussed and confirmed in advance

Q1: What is included in the wedding packages?
A: Each package includes professional photographers/videographers, high-resolution edited images, and Full HD edited videos. Some packages also include premium photo albums. Detailed inclusions are listed for each package.
Q2: How do I book a package?
A: You can contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone to confirm your dates. A 50% advance is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the event day.
Q3: Can I customize a package?
A: Yes, additional services like extra photographers, drone coverage, albums, pre-wedding shoots, or studio sessions can be added at extra cost. Core package inclusions cannot be reduced.
Q4: How long does it take to receive photos and videos?
A:
- Photos: 2–3 weeks for high-resolution edited images
- Full HD wedding video: 3–4 weeks
- Highlight films: 1–2 weeks (if included in package)
Q5: What is your cancellation policy?
A:
- If the booking is canceled 30 days or more before the event, 25% of the advance is non-refundable.
- If canceled less than 30 days, the advance is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Q6: Can we request RAW files?
A: Yes, RAW files can be provided as an optional service at an additional cost.
Q7: Do you cover multiple locations?
A: Yes. Packages like Premium and Maximal include coverage at multiple venues/locations. Additional travel or locations may incur extra charges.
Q8: Do you provide photographers for other family members or events?
A: Yes. Extra photographers or videographers can be added at an additional cost, depending on your requirement.

Copyright & Usage: All photographs and videos are property of the photographer. Clients may use images for personal use; commercial use requires photographer’s permission.

Delays / Unforeseen Circumstances: Photographer is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unavoidable factors.

Cancellation & Refunds: Advance payment partially or fully non-refundable as per cancellation terms above.

Force Majeure: In events like natural disasters, accidents, or emergencies, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services.
